About Steller Dog Training

Meet Your Trainer

I’m Jordan Marsteller, a former U.S. Army Military Working Dog Handler. My passion for dogs and behavior started at about 12-years of age. I have 7 years of experience handling and training high-drive working dogs in high intensity situations, both overseas and in a law enforcement capacity stateside.

After my time in the military, I continued working with dogs and began to specialize in behavior modification. Working and mentoring under Will Bangura as his Manager of Operations and Canine Behavior Specialist I began to help pet parents overcome severe aggression, anxiety, fears, and phobias.

My goal is simple, help pet parents develop better relationships with their pet dogs through clear communication, create confident dogs, and give pet parents the tools to succeed long-term.

Our Training Approach

We don’t rely on guesswork or outdated methods, our training is grounded in behavioral science, clear communication, and a structured, positive learning environment.

Dogs learn best when they understand what’s expected of them. That’s why we focus on clarity, consistency, and engagement, so your dog isn’t just “obeying commands,” they’re actually learning.

The goal isn’t to force behavior, it’s to build it in a way that’s reliable, repeatable, and sustainable in the real world.

Training should be something your dog enjoys, not fears. When done correctly, it strengthens the relationship between you and your dog while producing lasting results.
