Serious Behavior Help

Aggression, Anxiety, Fear & Reactivity Training

Serious behavior problems require a serious approach.

If your dog is dealing with aggression, reactivity, anxiety, fear, or behavior that feels out of control, know that you’re not alone, and this is exactly the kind of work we specialize in.

Built on behavior science, developing clear communication, and applying real-world solutions.

When It Feels Like NOTHING Is Working

Living with a dog that growls, lunges, barks, snaps, guards, or panics can take over your life.

Walks become stressful. Guests become a problem. Your home doesn’t feel peaceful anymore.

You may feel:

  • Frustrated
  • Embarrassed
  • Overwhelmed
  • Or unsure what to do next

You might have already tried things that didn’t work.

You are not alone. And your dog is not broken.

Everything Else in Behavior

SERIOUSLY... WE DO IT ALL...
From moderate behavior issues to severe cases, including those with bite history, we take on the work that most trainers won’t.

A Structured, In-Depth Process

Every behavior case receives the comprehensive approach. But they all start with understanding the full picture.

Step 1— Behavior Questionnaire + Consultation

You’ll complete a detailed Behavior Questionnaire (BQ) and we’ll walk through it together in an in-depth Behavior Consultation.

We’re not just looking at “what your dog does.”
We’re breaking down:

• Triggers

• Patterns

• Environment

• Reinforcement history

• Medical considerations

• Daily routines

• Stress levels

• Genetics and background

Everything matters.

Step 2— Build a Real Plan

Once we understand what’s happening and why, we build a custom training plan specific to your dog and your situation.

We also go over:

• Equipment recommendations

• Expectations

• Goals

• Management strategies

Step 3— Foundation First

Before behavior changes, your dog needs to understand:

• How to learn

• How to engage

• What’s being asked

We build foundational skills, patterns, and communication systems that make behavior change possible.

Before working with Jordan, we were in a really tough spot with our dog Lexi. She had attacked a neighbor’s dog and had bitten multiple people, and we felt completely overwhelmed and honestly a little hopeless. Jordan came in with zero judgment and immediately gave us direction. He broke everything down in a way that made sense and showed us how to handle situations safely and effectively. The difference has been huge, not just in Lexi, but in our confidence as owners. We now have control, structure, and a clear understanding of how to work with her moving forward. If you’re dealing with aggression or serious behavior issues, Jordan is the person you want in your corner.

I took my yorkypoo to Jordan over aggressive behavior he was showing towards other dogs after we had a scary incident with a larger dog at the park. After a few sessions we started seeing massive improvements. He is much more playful and less aggressive. My baby is finally playing with other dogs and he is so happy. 😭 Highly recommend!!

Step 4— Behavior Work

From there, we begin structured behavior work using a toolbox of science-based methods including:

• Desensitization

• Enrichment

• Nose Work

• Counterconditioning

• Alternative Behaviors

There is no “one-size-fits-all” protocol.

Why This DOESN'T Get Fixed on Its Own

The behavior keeps being rehearsed

Everytime your dog reacts to a trigger, the behavior and related emotional state is cemented even more.

When your pet dog is barking aggressively, growling, lunging, freezing, staring, stress panting, or displaying any STRESS signals…they are over threshold. Emotional regulation and behavior change cannot occur when the dog is over threshold.

Even with the BEST intentions, without an understanding of canine body language, and effective behavior modification training, we can accidentally increase the likelihood that the fear, aggression, anxiety, or reactivity will occur.

When we look at these behavioral issues from the angle of “the dog needs to listen and do what I say, and what I say is be calm and obedient” we fail to acknowledge the reality that the dog is experiencing a neurological irregularity.

Every time a behavior is repeated, it becomes more ingrained.

That’s why management and environment changes are the first priority. We stop the cycle before we rebuild it.

Experience That Goes Beyond Basic Training

My background includes working as a U.S. Army Military Working Dog Handler, followed by continued specialization in behavior modification.

After being medically retired from the Army, I began to deepen my work and started to specialize in:

  • Aggression
  • Reactivity
  • Anxiety
  • Complex behavior cases

This combination of real-world experience and advanced behavioral study allows me to take on cases that many trainers won’t.
